ART ECO Artist in Residence program

The ART ECO Artist-in-Residence program is a program set up by the Thai Child Development Foundation.

The program is meant for local and international artists  to come and live and work with us, our guests, volunteers and the local community.

Artists in residence can stay with us for the period of 1 month.

The Program starts every first Wednesday of the month.

ART ECO hopes that the Artist in Residence program will provide artists with the opportunity to learn and experience the possibilities of rural life in an Asian country (Thailand).

Goal of the Art Eco Artist in Residence program is to develop a creative environment that creates awareness of culture and nature via art.

You can apply by sending us an overview of your work. Click here for more information about how to apply.

The Thai Child Development Foundation (TCDF) is set up in 2004 to support children in the area of Phato with educational and medical care programs.

To support the projects of the foundation financially, TCDF set up a guesthouse, a restaurant, and eco-tourism activity program, an ecological garden and a art and handicraft shop.

The Artist in Residence program is part of this too.
